Meditation to Calm Anxiety

This meditation practice is a wonderful opportunity to be in the space with others and deepen your meditation practice to support your at home practice. This session will have a small educational component to assist you with some techniques that can interrupt episodes of anxiety and then we will get extremely comfortable before going into the calming meditation.

This workshop will give you the opportunity to help your brain, physical, emotional and spiritual health. This is a non-denominational practice and allows for the development of your peace of mind wherever you may be on that day.
